Terms and Conditions of "Business Cards of Doctors2go" promotion.

This promotion is open to Doctors2go Portal (doctors2go.ie) users, who purchased a premium packagefor a minimum 3 month period.
User who bought the premium package for a minimum 3 month period will receive within 48 hours of the purchase package an email in which he will be asked if he/she wants to get 250 business cards. Business cards will receive only those users who within 96 hours will answer YES to the question.
User will receive his Business Cards within 4 weeks (28 days) after confirmation of the participation in the promotion.
If the portal Doctor2go will not obtain email response from the user within 96 hours is tantamount to a declaration of lack of desire to participate in the promotion.
Business cards are printed on both sides on matte, not glossy laminated paper, according to the graphic design presented by Doctors2go Limited. Business cards are the size of 9x5 centimeters. The obverse card contains user data such as name, title, address, phone, email. The reverse contains the text supplied by the customer. These parameters at this point can not be altered, even at the explicit request of the user.
Doctors2go Limited does not accept any liability for:

No receiving by the user email inquiry (from Doctors2go Limited) within 48 hours after payment of premium packages for at least 3 month period.
No getting by Doctors2go User's email with information that he/she want to participate in promotion, despite the fact that the mail was sent by the User.
For any typos and other errors on delivered Business Cards
For the delivery failure of Business Cards to the user when this fact is due to shortcomings courier, mail, or any other delivering institution.
For any delay timely.

Cards received under the promotion "Business Cards of Doctors2go" are obtained by the user free of charge, as part of the promotion.
User has the right to use the promotion only once in a calendar year.
User has the right to complain about the implementation of the promotion "Business Cards of Doctors2go". He/she may do so by e-mail to the address promotion@doctors2go.ie. Doctors2go Company Limited decides whether to take into account the complaint and informs the user about the decision by e-mail. Response from Doctors2go Limited will be sent to the same address from which User sent an email complaint.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of promotion.
